The “Building Notification Ordinance of the Town of Liberty, Maine” was enacted by the inhabitants of the Town of Liberty to promote the health, safety, convenience, welfare and property values of the inhabitants by requiring permits for all dwellings and structures, as defined in the Ordinance.  Click here to download a copy of the Building Notification Application form and the ordinance.
